Welcome to GOwithHIPPO Travel! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, www.gowithhippo.ca, and the purchase of products from our store. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Website

- You must be at least 18 years old to apply to start your own Travel Business with GOwithHIPPO Travel.

- At this current time, we do NOT accept advisors from Quebec due to provincial regulations.

- You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

- We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products & Orders

- All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

- We make every effort to display products accurately, but we do not guarantee that colours, details, or descriptions are error-free.

- By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.

- We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order.

3. Pricing & Payment

- Prices are listed in CAD $ and are subject to change.

- Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

- All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s payment system.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

- All content on this site—including images, logos, text, graphics, and design—is the property of GOwithHIPPO Travel and protected by copyright laws.

- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.

- Our maximum liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
